I'm not a tech person beyond basic soldering. Plus, I see that the roof/window assembly on these "Harry Potter" coaches is held on by three "window tabs" on each side of each car. Now, the two tabs per side on the mini-Madisons used for Polar Express cars was difficult enough, but I don't know how Lionel expects anyone to exert inward pressure at three points on each side to release the roof.
