Checking their site, I found a brass Reading center capola caboose that was imported in 1984. There are surely more Northeastern* and bobber cabooses that have been released in S scale. Prossibly older wood kits as an example. Hope this helps.
* Oh yes, I almost forgot, how silly of me. The American Flyer plastic caboose that's been around forever (now "Lionel-Flyer") is perhaps the most well known model that appears to be based on the standard "Northeastern" version.
