Have you joined the Northern Pacific Railway TellTale group on Groups.io ?? That is the online discussion group of the NPRHA. It costs nothing and NPRHA membership isn’t required. It is, in fact, 2.5". An NP F-3 A unit paint diagram was included in the member's reply.
