Not getting Some Alerts for Replies to Followed Topics

I first noticed this a few days ago when checking in on a Topic I had already been following (Red Bell icon).

Then again, yesterday, a member commented on one of My Topics https://ogrforum.ogaugerr.com/...3#154730473655370943 and I haven't received an Alert for the reply (in my Profile Account Management - Alerts). I haven't Blocked anyone. Most other Alerts do seem to be coming through.

I've triple checked (reloading page) that the Bell Icon was already Red on the Followed Topics which sometimes aren't notifying me about replies. Sorry, I didn't note which other Topic didn't Alert me when I first noticed this, but I do remember noting that the Bell Icon was already Red.

Anyone else notice this recently or have suggestions for what other settings I might check?
