Yes. All Sunset/3rd Rail diesel models have fixed pilots, even the 3-Rail models. However, for 3-Rail models, Sunset/3rd Rail also offers a more scale appearing front pilot, without the big opening for the "claw", so that a Kadee coupler can be installed. That scale front pilot may be ordered separately.
