That is a beautifully detailed car - thanks for sharing. The photo of the GGD car coupled to the F unit points out how much better plating captures the look of stainless steel that paint does. On other OGR threads there has been a discussion about cost and manufacturing issues related to using plating vice silver paint. Perhaps someday technology advances will make plating standard practice. I would gladly pay 10+% more to get the better appearance. Plating aside, it's a very positive sign in the hobby that we continue to see commercially available rolling stock of this quality.
