NYC Open Platform El Cars

My El has a set of BMT Q cars and a set of IRT LoV cars. I notice that Mth & Lionel went modern in their releases of subway / el sets. Has any manufacturer gone the other way and released sets older than the Lov? My El needs a set of open platform cars in 3-rail O-gauge to simulate the trains that ran on the Myrtle Avenue Line in the early 1900s.
