The two wires that come out of the body of the tower connect to the either side of the activation button. The red and black wires attached to the clips on the bottom of the tower connect to your transformer, one to hot and the other to common.

First of all, thanks for everyone for replying I appreciate the help and yes that’s how we had it hooked up. Something must’ve been touching that was making it not work I unhooked it tried it in a different area and it worked fine. Went back to my original spot and it works fine, so yeah originally I’m wondering if the wire was touching a piece of metal that it should’ve been or whatever that was making it not operate and shrimp my transformer. Thanks again for all the help guys.
