Yes it is.  A good friend told me about it or I would have missed it.  By far, it's one of the nicest of maybe a dozen 4500HP "baby" turbines I've owned over the past 30 years, including a very smooth running re-powered unit.

I bought this turbine for it's looks and thought it would be a display piece only, so you can imagine my surprise when it ran smoothly and quietly, which is not a trait of stock OMI "tank drive" turbines and like another unpainted "new" standard turbine I own, it's a real clunker.

Wel mine also came from American Scale Models I think those two turbines from one person because I want to buy you have but to late and was sold, so there was a other the propane he had two and indeed also I was very surprised that it ran smoothly and quietly. We both bought very rare turbines I enjoy it every day😃
