Just tried GRJ's method (two 1.375 inch pieces on each side of the wye), and the SCARM program set the distance between track centers at 5.5 inches. To get good fit, you may have to cut down two of those 1.375 inch pieces. Plus, if I remember the instructions correctly, they recommend a regular (right or left hand) O72 switch for proper track spacing.
