Definitely true! The Mon., Tues, and Wed. forecasts definitely make a difference as far as the outdoor portions of the bandit meets are concerned. About the last thing I would ever do is buy toy trains in a damp and/or rainy environment, or buy trains that have been exposed to such conditions.

At the present time--always subject to change, of course--they are calling for showers on Tuesday. If I was doing the bandit meet circuit, I would make sure I got most of my shopping done on Monday.
