Are they making more of the prewar and postwar Lionel trains, 50s, 60s etc. corvettes, real wood antique furniture?

Are the above items being destroyed, or ruined every day?

Can the above items be made today at prices cheaper than they sell for now?

Does the law of supply and demand still work?
