Reply to "operating track 6-12054 need help troubleshooting"

The operating track should not be powered until the appropriate button on the controller is pressed.

If it is as you state, I would suspect a wiring issue between the controller and operating track. Disconnect the wiring from the controller to the track if you can and see if the problem goes away.
