Interesting. I have ordered several cases of various track from them. They all arrived in what seems to be factory shipped boxes. Remove the cardboard top and sides and you have a shelf ready display box. Never received any “hand picked” pieces. My guess is someone just screwed up when they pulled the item and thought it was one piece rather than one case. They have been good from my view so far so I would expect they will make it right.
