John, they have made them many times over the years. Starting with sillohuettes, then interiors and no figures to interiors with figures. Starting around 2005 the MTH Premier heavyweight came with figures. The latest ones now have LED lighting as well.

John, this was the MTH cars I picked up at York. Look them up if you need to see exactly how they look.
