Hi Steinzeit,

Thank you for the information. I have just received a copy of The Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Steam Passenger Trains that had a colour foldout of the Hiawatha 4-4-2 and the book was very cheap.

I will try and get a copy as you suggest.
