My quote "Whether legally correct or not." pertained to the MTH and their letters of cease and desist, not the folks here just sharing the experiences of the past.

But you're right, most of us are not lawyers but are willing to help out. So even if anyone here that suggested he might have an issue gives him a little insight to protect his work them maybe we accomplished the goal of "helping".
