Okay, I received all of the pieces, pololu 391 usb to serial interface, breadboard and jumpers and the cd4503 chip, actually 25 of them. Now I have the interface put together but I cannot get it to read the TIU. The TIU address is 1 and it works just fine with the DCS remote. My baud rate is 9600,8,1,none
