Reply to "PCB for Lionel Slant Back Tender"

I've uploaded photos of both the front and rear of the PCB whistle board: 691-AMDK-074. As you can see, there are 5 wires. Can you help me connect this to my speaker in a slant back tender and to my 3 rail track?
