OK... anyone that needs to feel smarter than someone this Christmas, bookmark this thread and maybe I will rename it dumbest guy on the forum. Everyone had a piece of the answer. I must have turned off the announcements, when I was running conventional 2 years ago. I never turned it over to look for a switch. The good news is everything on the DCS is. Properly wired!

It works like a charm. 18V on the conventional loop. Run the train with LC and hit the bell on the dcs handheld. I might have to go back to a transformer and 1 train...
