Phasing Transformers ZW to KW

I know this has been brought up hundreds of times, but I phased my first two transformers this afternoon. Tied the U-post commons together. Clipped on an AC Voltmeter (Simpson 0-25 VAC) between the "B" post of the KW to the "A" or "D" post of the ZW. With throttles off, voltmeter reads about 13-14 VAC.. When throttles are increased, voltage reads over 25 VAC.. When one of the line plugs are reversed in the power strip, everything drops down to ZERO (0) volts AC, even with throttles still on..

Sounds like I got it figured out OK, huh ?
