Pick Up Roller Tilting & Contacting Wheel Base

Hi all—

I just noticed one of my premier Madisons began sparking (blue-ish) color while turning and going over switches. After examining the wheels and rollers, it appears one of the rollers tilts all the way to the wheel base and makes contact with it. I imagine this would be the cause.

Are there any fixes to stop the roller from tilting all the way? Would I need to tighten a screw? Not sure never had this happen before.

Safe to say the coach is “grounded” until further notice.
