Reply to "Placed an order with Lionel for parts, I think..."

I recently ordered a Lionel part to repair another manufacturer's steam locomotive and I never received any confirmation. The part just arrived in about 2 weeks. That has been my only part order through Lionel though, so I can't say if my experience is typical.
