It’s tough to see. It looks like the rails aren’t traveling far enough over. Leaving not enough room for the wheel flanges to pass through. One side or the other should always be tight up against a rail. I’m not familiar with Fastrack. As Mark mentioned the lights might be the clue. They seem undecided as to the route being taken.
