The combination will work perfectly.

The 135 watt PM-1 will just use 7 amps of the 10 amps available. It would work fine even if it was a 300 amp supply.

There is a modification you can make by varying the length / resistance of a piece of resistance wire inside the PM-1 to allow it to pass all 10 amps if you ever need it.
