I'd have to agree .If your MTH or Lionel and dumpin 10,000 engines on the market,it'd be hard to hand check every engine but 150? I would chalk that up to just plain sorriness.Not one of those Loco's should have arrived in nothing less than perfect condition . Weaver should have taken the time to check and test them.
