Point to point layout

It seems i may be moving within the next year and i wont have space for a large layout. So i decided a point to point will fit in my new space. It would be L shaped and about 10' along one wall and another 10' along the other And 24" wide.

Although it would not be a perfect solution but it would give me a chance to run some of my locomotives back and forth And do some switching. I have only scale engines so the reason for the point to point.

Has anybody done this and any track plans available?
