I was an O-scale 2-rail importer a few years ago and I've got a selection of 'left-overs' from 3-rail to 2-rail conversions, as you can guess mostly wheelsets, couplers and pickups. I can never bring myself to throw anything away, so I do have some Weaver 3-rail diesel gearbox/wheelsets and Alco FA, GP38-2 bodyshells plus a couple of MTH and Lionel 6-axle diesels waiting for love and attention. The Lionel GE U30C has now got 2-rail wheels, but.... It's in D&H, that's why it was first in the latest conversion queue. I'm down in Wiltshire at present, email is jasond1947 at gmail.
