I had a "test" photo loaded in "Photos", clicked, "Add Attachments", and, for some reason, couldn't find the URL for the photo that I had selected from photos [That photo had been sent from my iPhone.]. As a result, I couldn't post the photo. This time, I tried a different photo, and that worked. Very simple, actually.
