I can't say for sure 100%, but I would think both lines goes through the eyelet.
But Some could have slipped through the production line with only 1 line going through the eyelet. Some employee had to thread those lines all day!
I can't tell for sure, but in your last picture, the line going to the hook looks like only a single line, as if the line is tied off at the hook instead of wrapping around the pulley
and back up to the boom with a large knot.
