Here is a very simple fix that might help.
The four U terminals should be connected to the bus bar behind the posts. I've seen many of them loose. Take a piece of wire, #14 will do, and wrap it around all four U terminals. Then test each of your throttles. That gives you certainty as to which throttles have their own problems.
