Powering Atlas Dummy B Unit

Just curious, has any one taken an Atlas Dummy B Unit and installed powered trucks and motors. I have a customer at the store where I work that wishes to do this and I have no ideas if this is possible. Any information or how to do it would be greatly appreciated.
