Thanks Larry. Its not that hard. the one mounted on my 5444 was an uncored headlight (4420) which meant I had to drill it out to install the Lionel number plates in the sides. PSC also offers ones already cored (4743). This is one of them. The reflector has been painted with Molotow Chrome. I make my own lenses.
