I was wondering the same thing. It was supposed to be the "sister engine" to the J3a that comes in the set 5410 with classification lights, but with the extra boiler front with no class lights. I happen to have wanted the classification lights and was a little disappointed when it arrived without class lights so I'm patiently waiting to swap out the boiler fronts.

Pat, can you keep us posted on the forum as to the status of the second boiler front?
