This looks like this is something in your printer setup dialog. This is part of the print dialog on your local machine, not something from the digital publication itself.

I just tried to do the same thing you are having trouble with...print pages 60-64 of this issue. I successfully printed those pages via Firefox and Internet Exploder on a Windows 7 Pro machine.

A few questions...

Do you have multiple printers on this computer?
If so, have you chosen the correct printer?
Why is the image you posted black & white? It should be color.
