I just got a building from Menards, same issue with the high pitched noise. It came with the 4.5 connector that’s used to hide the wire loose in the building. I plugged it in and heard the noise. I was hoping there was some kind of setting I could adjust with the lights but it appears to be simply on and off when power is added.
I’m going to try to get a mirror to see where the adapter for the bottom plugs into the board. If it works And the noise goes away I’ll keep it, if it doesn’t work I’ll send it back. Kind of a buzz kill, it’s a neat looking brewery 🤷♂️
