They don't use Miller Engineering signs. They copied them. Miller Engineering signs are better quality. No disrespect to Menards but ME are just better. I agree, though, that the noise is normal. My Red Owl store makes noise but I overlook it because I love the building. I had similar issues with the Sauerkraut factory, considered adding additional lights using added LEDs but ended up returning it instead. Since some of the lights weren't working, I was concerned that the sign would eventually fail -- and that was a deal breaker. Menards is great about returns/exchanges. No questions asked.
