Problem with new MTH PRR S-1

Hello

Last friday ! received my second P3 train, the PRR s-1( very excited). Last night, it derailed and now I can't get the DCS remote to recognize the train. error message keeps saying no train on the track. I deleted the train from the system, thinking that may help, nothing. I tried making sure the connections where connected, and they are, still nothing. Could use some advice.
