Problems with bad word censorship code

Hi -

My proper last name contains the letters s followed by o followed by b in the middle. Unfortunately, I can't get past the censorship code which insists on replacing 3 letters in my last name with ***. I wanted to post a link to a video but was prevented because the web site code malfunctioned and always corrupted the URL.

Can this be fixed please? Having my proper name censored is actually quite offensive. Thanks in advance.
