I can't think of any reason that there are differences for you. You still have to update everything singly. That's the case if you have one TIU and remote, or several. Make sure you have the latest software in your WIU(s) as well.

I personally would start with the TIUs. I wouldn't test anything, until everything was updated. Otherwise you may have issues if the versions don't get along.

I have 4 TIUs and 3 remotes myself and have to update each one with no shortcuts that I remember? I don't use supermode though. I have different loops using their own systems.
