Never had a problem with any forum members.
Maybe make it so that only members can look at your profile page with the email.
It is already that way now, i.e. only signed up members are able to view other members profiles. Thus, if any member elects NOT to list his or her eMail address, nor any other "interesting" information, then so be it!
