Programing ASC-2

RixTrackOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have a brand new ASC-2. I have wired it exactly as depicted in the manual. When I push the PGM button to set the device up nothing happens. The LED light is supposed to start blinking like every other TMCC device. It doesn't blink and I get set up the device. Am I missing something or is this just bad out of the box?
