Can you put it on a spare piece of track connected directly to the TIU and try again?

I have to ask, how is your track signal strength?

What exactly do you see when it's on the rails? Does it show any new address when you try adding to the app?

What version is your app? ( the free basic one?) You can only have 3 total engines on that app.

The board maybe scrambled and the reset that you did may not have cured it. Can you take it to anyone with a remote?

I'm not a tech and I'm just throwing out what maybe happening.

You can't reset it if it's not in the app yet.

Is there an recover engine feature listed in the app? (I have to go see)
