Loaded the chain file and sound file for a PS3 F3.

With a tiny pick, I was able to fairly easily take out pin 27 LED1 Tailight (doesn't work with the F3 chain file anyway, and there isn't a tail light) and move it to pin 35 LED5 Mars1-Front.
