PS-2 is obsolete now. Most that want a PS-2 upgrade to PS-3 are doing it for DCC, or as a repair for a bad PS-2 5V or 3V, but that is with the PS-32 board.

PS-32 retains bulbs. Pure PS-3 is all LEDs plus some additional lighting features like rule 17. G
