OK, that probably took out the smoke element FET, it had a direct short! Hopefully, it didn't kill any PCB traces. Q227 is the smoke heat FET, NTMS5835NLR2G. Local places don't seem to stock them anymore, but I found them on aliexpress.com, but you have to buy a hundred for $15.30. You could be the US supplier of smoke FET's.
