The PS/3 upgrade as it exists doesn't bring much to the party if you already have a working PS/2 locomotive. Since you still use PS/2 sound files, the sounds are the same. About the only thing you get is no battery, but that's not sufficient reason to spend several hundred dollars on a perfectly working engine.
