My apologies, I guess I should have made a new thread. My original post did have many questions and was all over the place. Long story short, yes I was just asking about the differences between the two. I now have an engine that is PS2 and a new engine that is PS3. Thanks for everyone's response!

As far as the PS-3 boards though, they support LEDs. If another board is attached to the PS-3 board to support bulbs, that is a different discussion in my opinion. G
