PSC SP T-31 (2-rail)

Posting this on the 2-rail forum hoping somebody can give me a lead in finding a 2-rail PSC SP T-28 or T-31 with a natural brass finish (see below). I've been searching for this little engine for quite some time without any success.

Does anyone have any idea as to when they were imported by PSC and how many they actually made? I think this engine is the perfect size for smaller layouts as compared with the more popular larger engines which generally run on layouts with large diameter curves or wind up being shelf queens.
