I thought the D&H got 12 cars from DRGW: five 52-seat coaches, one RPO, three diners (one of these possibly the lunch counter), and three baggage. I do not have any reference material at hand, so this is off the top of my head.

I believe Scott's consist for The Prospector includes a lunch/counter/buffet/lounge (PS Plan 7596) and that one was eventually sold to the D&H as I listed above. The Rio Grande also got two center kitchen diners (PS Plan 7608) that are not part of The Prospector line up. The two diners were later sold to the D&H. That should come to a total of 12 D&H cars.
